Yolates Strength-A little harder

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15296)

Second addition to the Yolates Strength class. A little harder then the first time but still adaptable for novice students in Pilates or Yoga. The hard part isn't the headstand or frog, it's in repeatly executing what might is considered one of the Sun Salutation circles - Sun, Forward Fold, Down Dog, Plank, Crocodile, Cobra, Up Dog.
