Increasing the Intervals
This is a
Cycling pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15297)
I just tried this and I loved it...don't know about my class though. They seemed a bit POOPED when it was all said and done. I popped in Dance Party 2000 CD and took off! (I did a 10 minute warmup and a cooldown after the sets!)
Total time depends on rest minutes.
- 5 Seconds hill climb/55 seconds active recovery
- 10 Seconds hill climb/50 seconds active recovery
- 15 Seconds hill climb/45 seconds active recovery
- 20 Seconds hill climb/40 seconds active recovery
- 25 Seconds hill climb/35 seconds active recovery
- 30 Seconds hill climb/30 seconds active recovery
- 35 Seconds hill climb/25 seconds active recovery
- 40 Seconds hill climb/20 seconds active recovery
- 45 Seconds hill climb/15 seconds active recovery
- 50 Seconds hill climb/10 seconds active recovery
- 55 Seconds hill climb/5 seconds active recovery
- 1 Minute hill climb
- 2 Minutes soft pedal
REPEAT the entire set changing hill climb to sprint
REPEAT the entire set AGAIN alternating one interval hill climb and 1 interval sprint.
Let me know if you try it and what you think!
