Senior Abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 15213)

I teach a great group of seniors. We do a combination of standing and chair exercises. Since I cannot get them down to the floor to do abs, we do them sitting in the chairs. Have them sit on the edge of their chair nice and tall. Hinge from the hips and touch your shoulder blades on the back of the chair. I do a couple sets of 20. Next I have them straighten their legs on in front with heels only on the floor. Then as they are coming forward with their upper bodies, I have them bring on knee into their chest. We do about 20 to 30 on each leg.
