Heat Up The Pool with Aqua Cardio

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15230)

I teach many aqua classea and always try to change up the routines on a daily basis - here are some moves I use for the 30 minute cardio section of my 60 minute classes...

Warm up - 5 minutes

Cardio (I use faster music 140 beats to make them sweat!)
all moves are done in 30 second intervals - no breaking until the cardio is done!

***Arms are very changeable, I always throw something fun in there and change up the moves****

After the cardio, we grab some noodles, work on the waist and arms, then do some travelling on the noodles. If time allows, we finish off with some leg work and push ups on the pool side.
