My class needed a little change up in the music department! Its always fun to throw in some classics...
Tension Levels- 3 (Light Tension) 5 (Small Climb) 7 (Heavy Climb)
- 1. I'm Too Sexy - warm-up (explain levels and form seated)
- 2. Out of Touch - warm-up (explain levels and form standing)
- 3. Scream - flat road...add speed at end (3)
- 4. Bop Gun - standing climb (challenge= no bounce segments) (5)
- 5. Pour Some Sugar On Me - seated climb (7) into standing sprints on chorus line WE ALL KNOW THE CHORUS LINE!!
- 6. Listen to Your Heart REMIX - seated speed intervals (3) (song has major progression..you will understand once you listen to the song)
- 7. Free Your Mind - standing EXPLOSIONS- these are speed bursts while standing (7 seconds of speed about every 20 seconds) Really fun to have them come to a gradual stop...lean back over the saddle...then burst (tension should be somewhat challenging)
- 8. 100% Pure Love - single legs - 2 minutes each leg...add tension after 1 minute
- 9. Rag Doll - climb... start seated at 5..6..7..then as high as they can go without stopping to the brake...watch their faces,,it's so funny..
- 10. Pretty Fly (the Offspring) - speed (seated or standing) to the end..this song is great. You can do guys against girls or split the class.
- 11. Wonderwall - cooldown
- 12. Everywhere - stretch
