Cardio Blast

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 15241)

Block 3

Cardio blast at the end: Lunges all the way around the bench, moving after every 8. I like to alternate 'superman' arms and punching. This pattern works for varied classes, as some moves are repetitious, and you can give options for clients that are in above average condition.
