Heart thobbing step

This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15247)

Double step, horizontally one step is in front of the other, Away step is raised.

                      X     A       X (raised)

                      X     H       X

Please leave approximately 1 meter between steps for moving freely between steps.





Routine 1,2 & 3 are done continuously first right and then left. Routine No. 4 is done on it's own - right then left. I hope that this is clear enough, it is a really fun and easy routine to teach.

Please let me know how you do, this routine is SO much fun, it really makes you sweat and it burns calories for real.
