Killer class for shallow and deep.

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15266)

Warmup (whatever you desire)

Shallow with dumbells (or without for rookies)

Deep with spaghetti

Abdominals (whatever you desire)

Cool down

I have taught this lesson for a couple of times now, and gotten feedback through questionnaire. They really seem to love it! One participant was sweating for the first time in the water! There is no better compliment!
