This routine has 5 parts, each is 32 counts. It is self-reversing. I use this in a basic low-impact class that is comprised primarily of seniors. Hope you enjoy it!
Part 1
- Step touch up - 4 times
- Ham curls - 8
- Step touch back - 4 times
Part 2
- Ham curls - 8
- Knee lifts - 8
Part 3
- Walk up 3 with a tap - back 3 with a tap
- Walk up 3 with a knee lift - back 3 with a knee lift
- Walk up 3 with a kick - back 3 with a kick
- Walk up 3 with a tap - back 3 with a tap

- Ham curls: single/single/double x 3
