Combo 1
- (1-4) Grapevine ending with a cha cha cha
- (5-8) Pendulum
- (9-16) Double hamstring curl x2
- (17-20) Mambo cha cha cha turning to face the back
- (21-24) Mambo cha cha cha turning to face the front
- (25-32) V-step ending with a knee x2
Repeat other side
- (1-4) 3 walks forwards to right corner and knee lift
- (5-8) 3 walks forwards to left corner and knee lift
- (9-16) Pony backwards x4
- (17-28) *Slide and hop x3
- (29-32) Kick x2
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) March out and in x2 (option: deep jack x2) Split the class down the middle and have them turn to face each other on this move
- (9-16) Lunge backwards x4
- (17-24) Grapevine x2 (note: class will be travelling opposite directions)
- (25-32) Single, single, double inner thigh lift (turning to face the front)
Repeat other side
* Slide and hop - (1-2) Very big step touch to right side, sliding left leg towards right, (3) hop on right foot lifting left leg to side, (4) jump feet together
