Changing Blocks

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 15018)

Block 4

Variations: between each block twist 4 times ending with a quarter turn to the right / repeat all four blocks with quarter turn to left.

Add specific arm movements to increase work load such as:
Rocking horse - arms move outwards and inwards front of the body using bear claw hands
Ski - arms moving front and back (typical ski arms)
Jumping jacks - arms cross in figure 8 in front of the body
Small jumps/ bounce - hands pressing down towards pool bottom

(By changing current direction the water keeps getting stirred up and is more difficult to work)

Change movements by making some push off of the pool bottom more or make some suspend. You can vary this simple set of blocks in many ways - just get in the pool and experiment and use your imagination. Have fun!
