Killer Kardio intervals

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 15020)

I have a range of fitness levels in my class so I like to do at least 3 interval blocks so everyone pushes themselves but at their own level.

I mix these into an hour long class.

There are 3 levels to each interval.

The second/third are interchangeable if the students prefer speed vs power.

I do 30 seconds intervals of each level...but I only do 1 set of intervals at a time.
