Have a Ball!

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15028)

At our pool we have small rubber balls like you would find at a school (we actually got them at the local superstore, cheap)....they are about 5-7 inches in diameter. You can do soooooomuch!

Combine these moves with various leg movements and really emphasize eccentric contration (don't just let the ball pop up!)

I could go on and on and on...think of weight training movements you could adapt!

Advanced legs: place ball between thighs right above knee (squeeze)
- russian kicks & double kicks
- tuck jumps and variations
- with noodle while doing abs

There are a ton of ideas these are just a start! Loads of fun! Contact me for further ideas or let me know how it went or tell me what you do with the balls that is unique and different!
