At our pool we have small rubber balls like you would find at a school (we actually got them at the local superstore, cheap)....they are about 5-7 inches in diameter. You can do soooooomuch!
Combine these moves with various leg movements and really emphasize eccentric contration (don't just let the ball pop up!)
I could go on and on and on...think of weight training movements you could adapt!
Advanced legs: place ball between thighs right above knee (squeeze)
- russian kicks & double kicks
- tuck jumps and variations
- with noodle while doing abs
