Kelly's First Hi/Low!!!!
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15031)
Combo 1:
- 2 Diagonal grapevines right/left (8)
- 4 Step touch backward (8)
- Single/single/double hamstring curl (8)
- *3 Knee repeater to face back wall (8)
** Step with left foot, right knee comes up 3 times while turning to the left, ending in a right step touch. End up facing the back wall to repeat the left side.
Self-reversing pattern
Combo 2:
- Chasse right/left (8)
- *Step touch box step (8)
- 2 Lunges back right/left (4)
- 2 Lunges to the side with punches right/left (4)
- **X-step (8)
** 4 Step touches in a box shape. Turning to the right: right step touch to face right wall, left step touch to face back wall, right step touch to face left wall, left step touch to face front.
*** X-step is 1 V-step to the front and 1 V-step to the back
Combo 3:
- Walk forward (4), 1 V-step (4)
- Walk backward, 1 V-step (4)
- 1 Grapevine right with 2 jumping jacks (8)
- 2 Squats left/right (8)
