This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15053)
Combo 1
- (1-4) Side mambo
- (5-8) Side mambo with cha cha cha
- (9-16) Sexy walk with arm combo - (9) place right hand on left shoulder, (11) place left hand on right shoulder, (13) place right hand above head, (14) place left hand above head so wrists are touching, (15-16) click fingers twice)
- (17-32) Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-6) Hip twist x3 (face left side, it's like a march with the feet apart but only the ball of the right foot is on the floor. You twist the right foor and the hips - looks like you're putting a cigarette out!)
- (7-8) Cha cha cha facing front
- (9-16) Repeat on the other side
- (17) A quick step and dig the the left foot so that feet are together and both knees pointing to left side of the room (arms are to left side, left arm straight, right arm bent)
- (18) Pause
- (19) Step and dig twisting knees to left side
- (20) Pause
- (21-24) Repeat last 4 lines
- (25-32) Repeat again with out the pause
Combo 3
- (1-8) Reverse mambo and cha cha cha x2
- (9-12) Walk forwards
- (13-16) Kick x2 and shimmy
- (17-32) Repeat, but travel backwards
Hope this makes sense - it's so easy to demonstrate these moves, but a lot harder to put them into words!
