This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15057)
- Right lead: walk forward 4 and back 4
- Tap out right x1, left x 1, right x 3 (this one will turn into a twirl towards the right side)
- Grapevine left & right
- Alternating ham curls step: left, right, left, right (this indicates foot you step on not side you are curling*)
- Ham curls travel forward stepping left, right, double curl left lead*
- Knees up travel back stepping right, left, double knee right lead*
- Mambo 4 x left lead (arms high, chest height, low, and shimmy them in front for fourth mambo which can become a full pivot)
- Repeat from walk on left lead.
- Grapevine right, 3 knee lift left, right, left
- 2 Long leg abductions on right & left
- Step touch 4 x moving forward left lead
- And back left lead
- Repeat from grapevine left
- Walk forward 4 counts right lead. & box step over right lead
- Grapevine right diagonal back corner and squat left with sumo arms or shimmy shoulders
- Repeat from walk and box on left lead.
All 3 blocks weave together with alternating leads.
