45 min. of interval

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15063)

This will give your class 45 minutes of interval training. My class was sweating up a storm at the end. Enjoy!

Warm-up 3 minutes

Cool down

High hills: I tell me class to set it for 80% resistance or higher

Low hills: I tell my class to set it for 40-50% resistance

Jumps: I have them up for a 10 count and down for an 8 count
