Knees -n- elbows

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 15079)

This combo works really great with all fitness levels, I start off with upper body then move to lower once the class gets it, it's fun and fast!

Repeat, to switch left I usually do speed bags or jacks.

Here's how I cue it: jab, cross, elbow, grab, 2 left knees, 2 right front kicks...You may find it's easier to teach just the upper body one day and add on as the class gets it. You guys are the best, thanks for all the great combos! Feel free to email with questions.
