Combo 1
- (1-4) Hamstring curl x2
- (5-8) Double side step (with a jump) ending in a hamstring curl
- (9-16) Knee/kick x2 (like a can can)
- (17-24) Shuffle to side and hop x2
- (25-32) Mambo cha cha cha x2
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-8) *3 Point kick x2
- (9-12) Walk forwards to corner and knee lift
- (13-16) Walk backwards and knee lift
- (17-22) Grapevine ending with double inner thigh lift
- (23-28) Grapevine ending with 2 single inner thigh lifts
- (29-32) V-step
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-4) Walk (or jog) forwards
- (5-8) Calf raise (or jack) x2 (turning to face the back)
- (5-8) Walk (or jog) forwards (still facing back)
- (9-16) Calf rasie (or jack) x2 (turning to face front)
- (17-24) Single, singe, double side lunge
- (25-32) Squat side to side (option: end squat with 2 little jumps)
Repeat other side
*3 Point kick: (1) kick right leg across body to left corner, (2) kick right leg out to right side, (3&4) cha cha cha, (5-8)
