- Swingtown 3.29 - warm up/stretch
- Let's Go Crazy 4.39 - up 2 / down 2 seated
- Rich Girl 3.56 - standing climb
- Breathe 5.43 - sprint, add tension, hold 5 seconds, add tension hold 30 seconds, then downhill
- Don't Fear the Reaper 5.11 - standing run, double pace
- Starry Eyed Surpise mix 7.53 - 30 second double pace intervals per person, standing run for 1-2 minutes
- Believe 5 - mountain climb
- Holiday 4 - sprint - 20 second turns - fast
- Hey Mickey 3.35 - up/down jumps
- Fever 4.01 - flat ride withintervals
- Aint No Mountain High Enough 2.27 - little hill, up on chorus
- Where's Your Head At? 4.42 - resistance, alternate push ups
- Red, Red Wine 5.2 - ride home with cool down & stretches
- Kire 4.3 - class over
This is my music plan for my 2nd spin class!! Any feedback or suggestions on other movements or better movements to use, etc?
