This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 15158)

Assume the horse stance facing front, I start with one then put two together, then add another two and put them together and then all 4 combos together and then repeat on left.

Do this 8x's

Then both together 8x's

Part II

Again 8X's

Then add:

Again 8X's
Put these both together 8X's

So the cue for this would be:

Then all four together:

8X's then repeat all starting left

My class loved this one,got rave reviews and as you can tell I love Survivor!!!!! Really a sweat producer!
