Assume the horse stance facing front, I start with one then put two together, then add another two and put them together and then all 4 combos together and then repeat on left.
- 2 Right knees (4)
- Right side kick (2)
- Squat or duck (2)
Do this 8x's
- Jab,jab right (quick) (2)
- Cross left (2)
- Hook right (2)
- Uppercut left (2)
- Again 8x's
Then both together 8x's
Part II
- Right jab (1)
- Left cross (1)
- Right jab (1)
- Right knee (taking it front) (1)
- Repeat and bring it back
Again 8X's
Then add:
- Jab right (1)
- Cross left (1)
- Weave back (2)
Again 8X's
Put these both together 8X's
So the cue for this would be:
- Jab, cross, jab, knee
- Jab, cross, jab, knee
- Jab,cross, weave
- Jab, cross, weave
Then all four together:
- Cue:
- Knee,knee,side,squat
- Jab,jab,cross,hook,uppercut
- Jab,cross,jab,knee
- Jab,cross,jab,knee
- Jab,cross,weave
- Jab,cross,weave
8X's then repeat all starting left
