This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15160)
- Grapevine right, double knee up (1-8)
- Alternate leg curl left lead (9-16)
- Double squat right & double squat left arms open side (17-24)
- Tap your right toe front,center side and center (25-28)
- Do the same to your left toe (29-32)
Repeat the same thing to the other side!
This pattern is one of my simple combo but could blast up your cardio and makes your butts and glutes firm and tone so try it and have fun!
