- 2 V-steps right and left (8)
- Shuffle shuffle shoot right and left (8)
- Grapevine right and left (8)
- Scoop up (4) and back (4)
- Crossover slow then fast (one slow and one faster) (8)
- Step touch double right and left (8)
- Ski,ski 1,2,3 one right and one left (8)
- Kick left forward and right foot back kick (8)
- Heel dig double right and left (8)
Cool down..
- Slow walk up and back (8)
- Side double lunges one on each side right and left (8)
- Squat and clap twice (8)
- Step touch singles (8)
