4 Minute warm up
- 100 Jumps (every 25 add resistance)
- 2 Minute recovery
- 3 Minute of jumping sprints (up and sprint 7 seconds and down)
- 2 Minute recovery
- 20 Standing sprints position 2 15 seconds on /15 seconds off repeat
- 2 Minute recovery
- 100 Reverse jumps (every 25 add resitance)
- 2 Minute recovery
- 3 Minute of jumping sprints (up and sprint 7 seconds and down)
- 2 Minute recovery
- 20 Standing sprints position 2 15 seconds on /15 seconds off repeat
- 300 Jumps (every 50 add resitance)
- 3 Minute recovery
- 3 Minute of jumping sprints (up and sprint 7 seconds and down)
- 3 Minute recovery
- 100 Reverse jumps (every 25 add resistance)
3 Minute cool down......... NOW YOU CAN SIT DOWN!!!!
