This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

This is my one of my favorite combos to use with my kickboxing class. I only do it when there are not any newcomers.
- Fighters stance (right foot forward/guards up)
- 2 Quick jabs & a hook withfront arm (1,2,3,4)
- 2 Cross punches from rear (5,6,7,8)
- Rear (left) knee strike (9,10)-Hands up, grab & pull down over knee
- Front (right) kick (11,12)
- Hitch kick (13,14,15,16)-left knee jumps first,front kick in air
OR you can X the hitch kick & to another knee stike/front kick.
I remind that they can keep that hitch kick low, etc.
