This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15193)
I made a sort of Kick-boxing routine.
Pattern 1
- Walk forward right food lead (4)
- Knee right, front kick left (4)
- Walk back (4)
- Back kick right, front knee left (4)
- Shuffle right, 3x punch right, with a cross left and shuffle back (8)
- Step side kick left leg kick 2x (8)
Continue combo left lead
Pattern 2
- 4x Front kick (right, left, right left) moving forward (8)
- Bouncing/jumprope back to the begin (8)
- Jack, jab right, jack, jab left (8)
- Low block, step right knee forward, high block above your head, step back, do this 2 times (8)
No left lead here
Pattern 3
- V-step right 2x (punch left right) (8)
- Grapevine right (3 punches in middle and knee at the end) (8)
- 4x Jab moving forward (face mirror) (8)
- 4x Jab moving backward, (face the back) (8)
After last jab, turn right and do the combo again. No lead change. I hope you like it, for questions feel free to ask.
