Aquatic Cardio

After your warm-up take them through a cardio session.
- Jog, arms pushing up and down in water (elbows high)
- Ski jumps side-2-side using arms as you would like skiing
- Basketball, ensuring that you only go onto the toes (toes do not leave the floor) Arms high as if throwing ball into basket
- Knees high - time or double time, alternate hand tapping alternate knee
- Clap hands under knees
- Jog up and down pool to finish
You can do each exercises for 30 seconds - 1 minute or repeat the session twice for maximum effect
