Hi everybody on turnstep. Here I am again, this time with a simple warmup. Put on some nice music (about 130 bpm) and start your class.
- Right: V-step x2 8
- Right/left: big squat 8
- Right: alternating grapevine x4 16
- Right/left: step 4 repeater knee 16
- Right: step hamstring curl single/single/double 8
- Left: march forward 4 = tap down
- Right: march backward 5-8 = tap down
Now start on your left leg
