Combo 1
- *Star (16)
- 1-Rocking horse, hop back to the other side (8)
- 2-Single Squats w/one foot on the bench (8)
Combo 2
- 2-Stomps, step up on the bench (6)
- 4-Side lunges and exit opposite side (10)
- **2-Whirlwinds (16)
Combo 3
- Single knee up, grapevine away 6 counts; march back to bench 2 counts (another idea from this website-thanks!) (8)
- Knee straddle knee, exit opposite side (8)
- 2-Over-the-bench (8)
- ***4-Heel/toe with a bicep curl (8)
Combo 4
- ****2-Kick 'n glute-swing over, down & jack (16)
- 2-Mambos on the floor (8)
- 1-Stomp, straddle (4)

Combo 5

***Quick heel tap on the bench, toe tap on the floor, repeat 4 x's; hop or no hop depending on level of intensity
****This is a quick, no tap single kick and glute swing repeat (some call the glute swing Superman) and you are swinging the back leg over to the other side, exiting on the opposite side, and a jumping jack on the floor. This is 8 counts. Repeat it back to the other side for the 16 counts.
