Hi/Lo Aero
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15517)
I teach this combination in 2 phases; part A & part B. Once part A has been taught i give the guys a water break and then continue with part B. They have one last water break at the end of part B abd then i put both parts together and repeat 2-3 x through.
High impact version: (Adapt moves to make low impact!)
Part A:
- Grapevine right&left - full turn left, gallop back right (16) x 2
- 4 Kicks forward - 4 side - 4 back - 4 side (32) x 2
- Double grapevine - 8 spotty dog (16) left&right x 2
- 4 Jog forward - 2 jumps - 4 jog back - 2 jumps (32) x 2
Part B:
- Box step - 3 knees* right&left (16) x 4
- Gallop right - 2 jacks - gallop left - 2 jacks (16) x 2
- 4 Jumping squats - 4 alternating lunges (16) x 4
Put part A & B together
* For 'box step - 3 knees' you need to miss out step number 4 of the box step and go straight into the first of the 3 knee lifts. This will allow you to repeat the move but on the opposite leg and so on.
