Partner Up In The Water

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 15525)

Tried this last week and my members had a great time.

Start with your regular warmup, jogs, jacks, ski, whatever. After the warmup, have the members pick a partner (or you pick for them)

The entire cardio segment will be donw with their partner. Here's how it goes...

One partner "A" will kick supine at the wall, while partner "B" swims sidestroke to the deep end, then back to partner B. At that point, they change and B kicks, while A swims sidestroke.

Change each time but always having one partner performing some kind of wall kicking (above the water, under the surface, side scissors, prone flutter) while the other member travels deep end, and then bacl to their partner to change places. The travelling partner could travel toe touches, deep to shallow: ski deep to shallow, noodle kick deep to shallow.

Hope you get the idea. Finish with abdominal crunches and stretch.
