Are my arms on fire or is just a really good workout?

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 15470)

I have been teaching aerobics for a few years now to a lot of different age groups and this excercise makes them groan EVERY time...Its even hard for me to pretend like it doesnt hurt!! Hope you like it!

This is a great work out for mainly the shoulders but it works the triceps, biceps and pectorials as well!! Keep in mind you can make it as long or as short as you want by changing the number of repetitions.

!!!!Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and point your feet straight forward. Make sure your arms are completely straight in every excercise and keep them stiff. Also, make sure your butt and abs are flexed and your abdomen is tucked in and your butt isn't sticking out.!!!!

1: Make a T with your arms putting them straight out to the side (hands flexed or in fists it doesn matter) -Make 50-100 small arm circles forward, repeat backwards.

2: Without changing positions "pat the ceiling" keeping your palms facing up and raise your arms slightly up and bring them back down. Repeat, "patting the floor"

3: Put your arms straight out in front of you and repeat the first two motions. Also add in pumping arms toward each other with palms in, then again with palms out.

Once you have completed these, if you want to torture you class a little more, have them hold their arms out in a T again and hold it for 20 counts. Then clap your hands above your head for 20, and bring it down to one in whatever increments you so choose!

This can take as long as you want or as little time as you want. Either way...its killer!!!
