First BOSU Pattern

This is my first submission to Turnstep. I just started teaching BOSU and I've gotten a lot of great ideas through this website. Hopefully, my submission will be helpful to someone else. Please note that each line is 32 count.
CARDIO
- 2 * Slow basic right/left + 4* regular basic right/left [switch lead legs with a tap down and get the other side]
- 3* Ham curl -> straddle ->ham curl exit + 2* ham stick [stick is where you jump onto BOSU and hold a pose for approximately 5 seconds]
- Walk around + repeater kicks [repeat combo * 2]
- Revolving door + mambo cha cha cha * 2 (floor) [repeat combo * 2]
DRILLS
(don't worry about the 32 count for drills)
- March on top BOSU + high knees + football [repeat liberally]
- Superman liftoff drills 3 times each side [repeat liberally] (Place one foot on the BOSU with other leg behind the BOSU on the floor. Hop up onto the BOSU leg while floor leg coes up into a knee. At the end of the hop you end up back in start position. Repeat on one leg 3 * then step onto BOSU and switch legs.)
