Combo 1.
- Shassey back step, shassey back step, right / left.
- Pivot - Turn to face back of room and do a shassey, pivot to face front shassey to the front.
- Hamstring curl x4 (optional circle)
Combo 2.
- Jack, knee lift 1-4
- Jack knee lift 1-4
- Shassey step behind, shassey step behind 1-8
- V-step forward and back optional turn 1-8
- Hop 2 counts each leg - optional to turn in a circle 1-8
