One hour cycling blast

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15414)

* Level Pedal = standing, fingertips only on the handlebars (no weight forward) isolate movement to lower body only, upper body stays quite still, shoulders don't move up and down. Imagine balancing a glass of water on top of your head.

**Catchpoint = slight rub of the brake pad on the flywheel, just a small amount of resistance on.
