Express Tone Zone
- Track 1 Lower body - body weight
3 x Pulse squats, 1 x knee lift. 4 x walking lunges, 4 x power step touches back
- Track 2 Shoulders using either body bar/dumbbells
Front raise, 1 arm upright rows, mix front raise with shoulder press/1 arm lateral raise/reverse deltoid raise
- Track 3 Lower body - body weight
plie slide squats, 2 x plies to the side
- Track 4 Lower body - chest using weight
bench press, chest flys, pullovers mix together press ups
- Track 5 - Lower body - body weight
lunge forward/bk - lunge forward add glute squeeze - side lunge
- Track 6 - Upper body using weight
1 arm shoulder rows, 1 arm shoulder flys, both arm reverse flys
- Track 7 - Lower body - body weight
monster squats - power squats bk, calf raise - ballet brushes and ballet circles
- Track 8 - Upper body with weights
kneeling bicep curls/ hammer curls/reverse curls tricepts extension/kick bk/lying tricep extension
- Track 9 - Bank lying prone
kneeling buttock raise, supermans - spine extension with rotation.
