Aqua workout Pt :1

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 15438)

Hi guys, have to do this workout in stages so please bear with me. Thanks to all who have helped me. I hope I can give you some ideas in return.

Depth of my pool 1.25m
Size of pool 25m
Numbers 15-30

Half the class are going to cycle on a woggle and the other half will do a cross country ski.

Get the cyclist to cycle round the outside of the pool, those skiing will ski forwards and back down the middle of the pool.

Transition, those cycling then travel down the middle of the pool turning round at the other end of the pool and going back. Those skiing then ski round the out side of the pool turning and skiing backwards as well while going round the out side.

Transition, get both sides at each end of the pool they then travel across the pool breathing in as they pass each other. Get them to repeat this. As you have the skier's coming towards you the instructor, the cyclist will be moving away form you, get the cylist to turn and come back to you the instructor, while they are travelling towards you and the skiers hand the skiers a woggle of their own. Get the whole class to jog on the spot and push pull the woggle. Will continue this routine at another time. Any problems please email me. Regards Carol
