Very Fun Basic Moves

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 15442)

Reverse back to hamstrings.

Reverse back to Over lunge 6 times.

Reverse back to Double knee walk back

*Over lunge 6 - Step up right, up left, lunge right/left 6 times then exit right (other side).

**Side leg grapevine - do one side leg lift, lifting right leg, step down finishing the 4 count and then grapevine to the right, the last count of the grapevine is a left side leg. You will do this whole thing two times.

***Double knee walk back - do a repeater knee with only 2 knees, the last four counts you walk behind the bench to the other side.

****Knee corner/floor - do a knee on the corner of the bench (as usual) then instead of going to the other corner you do the other knee on the floor near the other corner. You can make the floor step very big and cover some distance for higher heart rate.
