Thanks to all who have given their ideas here. What a tremendous help! Numbers in parentheses = counts; without parentheses = total number of moves.
Part A
- Travel knees for 3 and walk backward (3 counts) and up (to L-step) (16 total counts)
- L-step (I do it with a sidekick) (8)
- I-step (jack on board and jack on floor) (8)
- Transition with combo repeater (knee/glute/ham) both sides (16)
- Sprint * (optional) - 4 squats and hop over the board long-ways (1 minute)
Part B
- Repeater chug ** (8)
- Tap down, hop over to back corner (diagonally) (4)
- Repeater chug (8)
- Half hop to the front (4)
- 3 Repeat ham curls (8)
- Tap down, back corner (4)
- Repeater hams (8)
- Half hop to front (4)
AND
- 2 Kicks or charleston (8)
- A-step (8)
- Over the top (4)
- Reverse hop or half hop to front (4)
Repeat other side
* Sprint - from a travel knee to a knee straddle, power up the knees (hop it up on the knee-up, staying on the straddle the whole time).
** Repeater chug: knee up, 3 taps, knee up, unload.
Part C
- Fiesta kick 4*
- Travel kick (side to side) 4
- Front kick 4
- V-step 2
- Turn-straddle-turn-straddle
- Travel ham curls 4
- Sprint - 2 travel glutes/extensions (8) and football run (8). (They like this one!)
*Fiesta kick (I don't take credit for this move (or any other move here listed!!)) - stomp on board (right), straddle (right), back on board (right) and unload with a kick (left).
