Jirina's UC agility (ultimate conditioning)

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15801)

After warming up...

I set up agility ladder (can be done with body bars or tape on the floor) body bars would be set like this:


 I I I I I I I I I

Hoola hoops O O
            O O

...and cones or whatever you have - risers, tape on the floor, water bottles... use your imagination :)

Everything is set up on the floor. This is a sample how I would do it:


              ladder
       IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
                                         you can play with the
                             O O         arrangement
                             O O hoops
                             O O

            cones
       *       *       *

    *      *       *


Start with ladder, hoops after, cones last

Ladder:

Minimize the ground time!!!

Hoops:

Cones:

Accelerate from each cone and stop short!!!! Touch the cone!!!!!

Remember to keep the hips low when you do cones!
