- (5-8) Quick stomp x2*
- (9-12) Step knee (to face right corner), step back x2
- (13-16) Step knee (to face left coener) step back x2
- (17-24) V cha cha cha** x2
- (25-32) Walk forwards and knee lift, walk backwards and knee lift
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) March out/in (option: out and in twice double time)
- (5-8) Mambo (or pivot)
- (9-16) Heels x4
- (17-24) Jack and side lunge right, jack and side lunge left
- (25-32) Grapevine and 3 knee knee repeater
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Single, single, double curl
- (9-12) Step kick (to face left corner), step and lunge backwards
- (13-16) Repeat last line
- (17-24) Inner thigh lift x4 (option: turning round in a circle)
- (25-32) Chasse x2
Repeat other side
*Quick stomp - (1) stomp right foot to left corner, (&) step left foot in place (2) step right foot next to left, (3) stomp left foot to right corner (&) step right foot in place (4) step left foot next to right
**V cha cha cha - (1-2) step forwards with wide feet left, right, (3&4) cha cha cha left, right, left back where you started
