High-energy hi/lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15807)

OK, I have been using turnstep.com for several months now and decided to finally contribute! This set of two combos I used in conjuntion with a short warm-up for a 30-minute cardio segment. We followed this up with 30 minutes of weights for an our class. Everyone had a great time with these combos!

Combo 1

From here you can start with a grape-repeater left lead and repeat the combo.

Combo 2

From here you can start the double walk with the left lead and repeat the combo.

Notes:

The grapevine-knee-inner-knee is basically a grapevine with a knee repeater (so knees on counts 4, 6, and 8), replacing the middle knee with an inner thigh for variety.

When you side lunge after the double walk, begin the lunge (or side toe tap) using the same lead leg. In other words if you are on a right lead for the double walk, the right toe goes out to the side first when lunging.
