- Side toe touch left [2]
- Forward lunge right left [4]
Repeat opposite side
- Back toe touch right [2]
- Back toe touch left [2]
- Knee lift x 2 [4]
Repeat opposite side
- Forward lunge [4]
- Knee lift x 2 [4]
- Thigh raise side x 2 [4]
Repeat opposite side
- Courtesy with leg in frontx 2 [8]
- Thigh raide side x 2 [4]
- Knee lift x 2 [4]
Repeat opposite leg
You can repeat all these sequence to set tracks of music, you can change direction and add intensity, by adding jumps and plyometric moves inbetween each move.
