16 count COMBO

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15827)

Right side leads

Right jab (1),left punch (2,) right jab (3) right knee up (4)

I start with the jab then add the punch. Once they are warmed up I add the third jab and knee.

Adding on: as you step down on that right foot (5) and add on a left back kick (6) step down left foot which is (7) and keep the right knee (8) Warm up the knee and back kick for 36 counts. (or so)

So it goes.. jab punch jab knee, step down right, back kick left, step down left foot, and then right knee. The go right back into the jab punch...

After they are familiar with the 8 counts, bob and weave right to left.

When you are ready bob and weave towards the front of the room (so travel) 1-2-3-4 and on the fourth count add a left uppercut. Bob and weave back add a right uppercut. Do this until the are comfrotable then start from the top.

When you put it ALL together it goes like this. Are you READY!!??

After that last right uppercut you are ready to go from the top.

Keep going until they have it. Jumping jacks and move over to the left side. I'd type it out but I have faith you can figure it out. :)
