A Cool Down for Step

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15833)

*Important to kick up/"ham" your heels at the end of some movements, such as the diagonal overs, in order to keep tapless and be ready to step touch or step back onto bench. You can manipulate it in a couple of places to switch leads where you want to, however it fits your style, and still remain tapless. You'll know what I mean when you try it. Translates well to floor for very end of cool down.
