Okay, I'm pretty sure this one is from somewhere on this site, but it's my fave cooldown--used it at the end of an entire "Broadway" themed class that built over a week, with Broadway step CD and all. Therefore, it's worthy of a repeat. Thanks to the contributor who created it, or at least inspired it. Mega-fun!
Breakdown included: basic x 2 for the up-up-side taps; doing the mambos in part one as both front/bench ones, then adding a turned one; regular march, then out-and-in, etc..
This translates great to the floor for the very end. That 3-tap repeater became a very cute jazzy floor tap. People got really into it due to the theme that week, made the moves sexy and sassy, showed off. We even did the six-shooter fingers on the hips during the out-and-in marches since that Grease song was on the CD (think: ONJ in that black spandex outfit). It's a rare thing when your class gets that psyched about a cooldown! :)
