Get Down KB combo

BoxAerobics pattern from

This is a combo I use toward the end of class. It looks technical but really isn't. Running feet, staggered stance, ducks and fast jabs works that bod!!! This can be performed even at 144 bpms.
Stance: - staggered position; left foot forward
- 4 Quick jabs with running feet; duck back, duck forward (8 counts.)
- Repeat 8x
- 4 Quick jabs with running feet, duck back, duck forward, 4 left knees (level one) (12 counts)
- Repeat 4x
- 4 Quick jabs with running feet, duck back, duck forward, advancing to lknee then kick, knee and kick (level 2) (12 counts)
- Repeat 8x
Stance - staggered position on right side, right foot forward
Repeat as above
Adding on and moving from side to side
Stance: non-staggered, feet parallel
- 4 Quick jabs moving left, duck back, duck forward (8 counts)
- Repeat moving right this time (8 counts)
- Repeat 8x
- 4 Quick jabs moving left, duck back, duck forward, 4 left knees (level one) (12 counts)
- 4 Quick jabs moving right, duck back, duck forward, 4 right knees (level one) (12 counts)
- Repeat 4x
- 4 Quick jabs moving left, duck back, duck forward, advancing to knee then kick, knee and kick (level 2) (12 counts)
- 4 Quick jabs moving right, duck back, duck forward, advancing to knee then kick, knee and kick (level 2) (12 counts)
- Repeat 8 counts
- Advanced can modify by performing knees, then round house kicks, or knee, then side kicks
