Another great warm up combinations that can be performed to any great disco classic that has been remixed and formatted - I use "Don't stop till you get enough".....
Combination - "Bus Stop"
- Walk - back (4 counts)/forward (4 counts) - clap on end
- Grapevine turn - right/left - clap on end
- Kick (right) step (right) step (left) x 2
- Groove - bum shakes x 4 (fast)
- John Travolta x 2 (point right finger up and down - across body)
- Step kick turn (to face the next side)
(complete combination around in a square)
Lots of fun, have seen my members do this out on the dance floor!!!
