Jab'n kickbox
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15998)
- Right foot forward, start with jabs to the front with the right hand
- Jab forward right 16 counts (2 count jabs)
- Jab to the back of the room with left 16 counts
- Cut down to 4 counts front and back
- Take jabs high - low 8 counts (single count jabs)
- Jab to the back high - low 8 counts
- Jab - cross to the front 8 counts
- Jab - cross to the back 8 counts
- Then high low jabs for 8 jab - cross for 8 to the front
- Same thing to the back
- Cut down to 4 of each
- Then after awhile add two squats moving back and 2 jacks, so...
- 4 Counts high low - 4 counts jab - cross to the front
- Two squats (4 counts) moving back
- Two jacks - same thing to the back
- Can cut down more
- High - low jab - cross
- One squat
- 1 Jack
