This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16014)

This is a really fun format! We set rows of 8 steps across, short ends facing North & South. All have a "home" step where they begin. After each combo, participants (and instructor!) switch to next step in row. At end of row, you run or walk to other end. I work from left (West) side of step, heading right, so each combo must take you to other side of the bench. These combos also have you switching front to back each time. I do each combo 8 times, taking you back to home step; after all 4 combos, we repeat all 4: 4 times, 2 times. After some time we switch directions and work on right (East) side of bench heading left (West).

It's best to keep steps basic, esp. in the beginning. My members love this class! I've been teaching it for a few years, my first entry here! Here's my 8 most basic combos; they're 24 count as 32 is too long to stay on 1 step...good luck!

SWITCH! Repeat combo 8X

SWITCH! Repeat combo 8X

SWITCH! Repeat combo 8X

SWITCH! Repeat combo 8X

Chorus: up and lunge side to side and switch! (8)
When participants get comfortable, switch directions and head left (West).
Repeat above combos heading the other way: 8X, then 4X, then 2X.

Any questions,or need for more combos, let me know.
Thanks...have fun!
